Just I'd like to add one thing more (in the past, even nowadays),
Many book are released, which include names/words such as CCRL, SCCT, TWİC etc.

And now I have a question to all,
What about if someone/s will release a book, but with a name e.g one of the above mentioned/named books
I mean, are these books will be allowed at Outskirts chess forum ?

That's because it commercial and our rule is no commercial books to be shared without the authors permission this rule is not nonnegotiable ,link to website to purchase them is ok though.

Well, in my previous posting I asked a question and to be more clear:
There are other decent books, which are already published/released at Outskirts forum e.g:
Istanbul by Cevdet Sarı
TWIC 2600+ by Hurnavich

In short, as far as I understand
If we will follow strictly the new Outskirts forum's rules:
Those above book links should be deleted too...
Correct Me please if I am wrong...

The reason, as far as I know the 1st creators
Istanbul book belongs to Mustafa Gül

Also as 1st, I created several books with a name e.g
SCCT, CCRL etc... and in case of new releases by other persons...
That means, those book links should be deleted too, right ?

Btw,
Normally, I prefer to work over Balsa, Perfect book series...here is ok...
But sometimes, I work over based books, e.g as Playchess, Infinitychess etc.
In short, (with the new Outskirt rules),
I have no right to publish, because I am not the 1st creator

But after all,
This book name issue is too complicated...
And as I said before,
We should be concentrated over originality, not on book names!

Personally, this thing seems silly to me ...
A book written / made by someone can be improved, new ideas, new openings, etc. can be brought to them.

What do you say to extend this absurd "rule" to the engine: you are not the original author - even if you make improvements, (and there are so many examples ...) come up with new ideas - it doesn't matter, we delete everything ?...

Here is actually pride / vanity, "let's not hide from the finger" ...
If you do not want or support the changes of your book by others - do not make it public - simple !

Then how would we know if it was the real thing or not without a disclaimer
None of the books mentioned by sedat are commercial.
The forum rule is no sharing of commercial material
So if something is named eg Goi whatever number then until clarified the post goes down.

I say from the beginning that I do not refer to a certain person through the ones written below.

If we expand the vision a bit and we want to be correct, some questions like this arise:

1) When you "make" a book which format you use: abk, bin, bkt, ctg, etc. ? Is any of them your invention ?
2) The games when you enter them in the book what format do you use cbh, pgn, epd ? Did you invent any of these formats ?
3) The games used for this are just games played only by you, are your theoretical inventions somehow ? ...
4) What is your contribution ? Analyzes made in certain openings that you like or are more tender for you or from your point of view.
5) It is possible for others to like what you have done - in most cases - and even to extend what you have done - it is right in fewer cases ...
6) It would be fair to specify that they "used", "or helped" or "were inspired" by X, Y, Z. If they don't, that's ...
7) Do you specify the authors of the used formats listed above ? ... But the authors of the archives of used games ? ...
I guess not ... So don't ask others to do things you don't do either ...

This is my opinion. You can agree with it or not ...
It is normal to be like this - because we are all unique - and each one of us has its own assessment / evaluation systems.

IMHO:
- All of you are right, in essence. But at the same time, we are all wrong
- There are assorted human attributes (virtues, wishes, defects...) we should try to be aware of...

FOR EXAMPLE:
- We all want to be treated with respect; and (hopefully) we all want to treat others with respect. This is UNIVERSAL
- We all do not want to make mistakes but we fall; and (hopefully) we ask for and second opportunities. This is UNIVERSAL
- We all do not want others to make mistakes but they fall; and (hopefully) we are able to "pardon" and give them second opportunities.
- We all (hopefully) want to help
- We all (hopefully) want friendship

IN THIS CASE, simplifying:
- Cubail (wanting to give us a gift) made a slight mistake and Hurnavich (wanting to abide by the rules) made a slight mistake
- It's up to them (Cubail and Hurnavich, respectively) to "pardon" respectively and (hopefully) give each other second opportunities

- It's up to rest of members understand and help, trying not to polarize to one side or another: this is very far from war, right?
