Playchess Engine Room

Please,
I'm trying for several days to access to Machine Room, but simply I cannot do it due to a valid serial number required.
Although I put the same serial as Fritz 18, the issue is not solved..

Please, any help with this? I was a ICC player, but since it was closed, I'd like to play in PLaychess and I've neverbeen able to access to this Engine room...

I'm in Computer Chess, but now, I cannot (or don't know how) set the computer mode, in order to define an engine, and so...
I've searched in Assistance menu, but for any reason I cannot find the 'Playing Mode' option in my Playchess app (updated 17th Feb 2022)

Any idea about this?

Can't you find a way, human, computer or Centauro?

Simply I cannot find those options... I cannot see the Menu "Playing Mode"

If you have a premium account you should be able to access these options. Uninstall the program, after deactivating the gui, and reinstall it. Activate it and update to the latest chessbase patch. Those options you see should appear. It's gui 17. Yours looks like 18.

Normal users can't to what you want.
It was possible long ago in the past.
Not any more.

When you have bought the chessbase software then a premium account may have been included.
It depends on the package you have bought:

https://shop.chessbase.com/en/products/chessbase_17_mega_package

For example if you have bought Chessbase 17 Starter Package then after 6 months the premium account runs out.
Then you lost the privilege to use the Playchess engine room for playing not just for watching.

To solve this you have to buy the premium account abo:
