CHANGE LOG:
- data compression format from 7zip to zip which will be the new format for all compressed packages.
- Networks will no longer be included in the package
- Surprise Points Package downloaded 1 times they will later be removed from inventory.
- All packs purchased or given once transferred from the system to the user inventory can be downloaded 3 times
they will later be removed from inventory.
