Ali is making a lot of adjustments to the CTG conversion. Already two more Windows builds since #1018182.

make learned `--min-wins` which can be used to filter moves by their win count.
The default value is `0` which has no effect.

prioritize CTG coloured recommendations over Numeric Annotation Glpyhs (NAGs) in
weight calculation. edit learned three command-line parameters which are
`--color-weight-green`, `--color-weight-blue`, and `color_weight-red`

This is a very important improvement, the ability to account for colors was something I was hoping to see implemented.

We have this command only here in our forum:
jja edit {name_of_ctg).ctg -o (name of bin).bin
