Arasan Games 1999-2021
I downloaded a bunch of PGN files from the Arasan web site - https://www.arasanchess.org/index.shtml - games from 1999 to 2021 (end of I think.) Be aware that the web site returns a 404 when trying to download the 2021 file but it appears that those games may be included in one of the files.
