saw this before leaving. . .
Crystal 6 PMT

Bug fix for reductions.
Improvements to prob cut logic.
Improved NMP safety.
Score now weighted on traditional values.
New, more efficient TB handling in certain situations.
Introduced framework for future development based on first principles.
Restored some reductions/extensions from Stockfish.
Merged upstream changes from Stockfish.

Yes, it's definitively Crystal. I was a bit suspicious because ipman doesn't include nor link the source code (breaking the GPL rule) and the Joseph Ellis's GitHub page just has a "Stockfish" fork with "stockfish.exe" in the Makefile as aimed compilation binary...

It's definitively Crystal, although with a significant delay compared to the previous version:

To be fair I've never seen another engine as powerful as Crystal 5 KWK, it's a hidden gem, a diamond, solving this problem at the shallow depth of 17!!

So if you think we all know the Stockfish repository, are we free to share builds without attaching source code?

If you want to share your compilations in this forum, I'm fine. In my forum you either respect the rules or go find one that allows you to do what you want.
And since you are raising useless controversies, while I have turned a blind eye both to you and to other users who use your sharing method, which in my opinion is very questionable and inaccurate in relation to this Forum, I emphasize that my Forum it is not your mirror.
So either insert direct links to the material you share or wait for them to download to yours!

That would still not be sufficient.

To be in GPLv3 compliance, one must include full source, AUTHORS and license file (Copying.txt) along with the binaries.

I provided the link to Joe's GitHub repository so that members could get whatever executables he had uploaded. Or even better, to access the source in order to compile their own binaries - which I recommend. If you do not know how to compile: learn. It will be worth the effort.

Ipman is a veteran. I am pretty certain this was an oversight on his part. I have never known his behavior to be malicous. On the contrary, just the opposite.

But rules are rules and should be respected.

Fairly happy with where things are now, going forward I will probably be focusing more on scaling.
