I don't mean to hijack your thread, Alex. But I just want to say something here.

I have been reading a lot of garbage over the weekend about how Stockfish is a "disaster." The developers are "very arrogant."
"These people live in their own bubble, celebrate themselves. . ."

Really? One of the senior members of the Stockfish Development Team (Stefan Geschwentner) stepped up and provided the code changes that are now being used in SF-PB. Code that "the critic" is probably using in his very own derivatives right now. We were days - maybe even weeks away- from solving all the refactoring problems (Stefan made it look so easy pardon).

These guys have won eight TCEC Championships in a row!

If you think the engine is inadequate for analysis, produce your own derivative(s). Stop trashing the people who have produced the greatest chess engine in the world.

I am wondering for wat reason the latest NNUE which is nn-1ceb1ade0001.nnue is not used for SF-PB 16.1?

SF 16.1 is using it's default network (released with nn-b1a57edbea57.nnue). If want to use it with other network, just take the new net and rename it to nn-b1a57edbea57.nnue.

The engine is exactly the same as stockfish(Excellent for both) the difference is that Pb handles bin books.
