The lco 0.31 is available just for 4 days from today on this link. You have to check the appropriate version for your constellation. The .exe is found under artifacts.

It depends on your hardware:
Newest (2018+, more than 6 MB VRAM) NVidia GPUs: RTX 20xx, RTX 30xx and so on (but not GTX 16xx) = Backend CUDA
2014-18 NVidia NVidia GPUs: GTX 650 to GTX 16xx; GT 640M to GT 980M (excluding 670M, 675M, 705M, 710M, 800M, 820M) = Backend CUDNN
Lc0 0.31 is in my view only useful for NVidia 2018+, also the new large NN's can only be used with more than 6 MB VRAM, as far as I know

You must exchange the Lc0.exe with the Lco.exe 31 from the link above.

1. You need to download the artifact (aka the engine of the latest build). See on the right side of the page: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Ergodice/lc0/build/job/lyiqufo75wbd792c

2. Download the official version of the engine suitable for your computer (video card): https://github.com/LeelaChessZero/lc0/releases/tag/v0.30.0

3. Replace the existing file in the LC0 folder with an artifact.

4. Together with the official engine, the network 791556.pb.gz is archived. Network of the Year 2018. You can replace it with a newer one. You can download it, for example, here: https://storage.lczero.org/files/

And you'll have LCZero 0.31, for example, with the network that is used on TCEC (if you can find it).

In this version:

-Changed cuda compilation options to use -arch=native or -arch=all-major if no specific version is requested, with fallback for older cuda that don't support those options.
-Updated android builds to use openblas 0.3.27.
-A few small fixes.
