BIYUYA CTG Books

Post by biyuya »

A birthday present for Outskirts Chess Forum: a series of 5 books Suite 8 movements. hurrah
BiyuSuite8_zero and One (select games from different tournaments during 2019-2020); BiyuSuite8_destiny (games with learning and hand-selected repertoire); BiyuSuite8_anarchy (without selected repertoire) and BiyuSuite8_history (based on games of old computers and engines, between 2011-2015, only with learning for black and white).
For those who want to use them, they can do it any way they want.
I have only wanted to make a minimal contribution. Not all books have been tested, so if any are good, I hope you share the comment.
Sometimes I like to configure suites 8 to test the strength of the new engines, and thus improve the study of game variants.
Best regards and congratulations to all the members of this forum!

BIYUYA ctg books

Post by biyuya »

Mister Noname all collection! xrf23
This is a collection of Mister Noname books, in ctg format, prior to the launch of the new public versions, which will be released between January and July 2021 (4.5 and 5).
The configuration is the one that has been implemented in the tournaments, but you can use the one you prefer. They are books created before the appearance of neural networks, so there will surely be erroneous and outdated game lines. I only wanted to make a historical contribution, to close a stage regarding my work as a book maker.
Best Wishes and Happy Holidays!

Mister Noname 4.5 are released! xrf14
This is a book based entirely on its previous version, Mister Noname 4, with a simple update. It is faithful to the style of this series of books, regarding the selection of variants, worked for chess pleasure and not for statistics. The reason is simple: I really like live chess, and I still want to keep the healthy habit of thinking about chess as a human would, over and above the respectable science of chess engines. They are absolutely handmade books, and that will always be the Mister Noname saga. Version 5 will be released very soon.
Best wishes and happy holidays!

MISTER NONAME 4.7 version is already in action!
I have made updates to the previous version, taking into account the experience accumulated in recent days.
Version 4.5 is playing the current Sedat tournament, and surely that experience will be important to launch version 5 later. horse
It is certain that there will still be erroneous lines, since I am basing the work of that saga, following the historical course of book 4.0, which I have taken from the shed of memories in recent days.

Dear chessfriends:
I share with you a new book Biyuya Suite 8 movements, for testing engines and searching for alternative variants. It has been tested with numerous book and engine opponents, and it works very well. I have marked opening lines preferentially, but it can be used with other variants of free choice. This book joins the Biyu series, shared a few months ago.

Dear chessfriends!
I share with you a series of suite books to use as engine tests or to check books in your private tests. They may not be higher in quality than, for example, the Perfect books or the Balsa suite, but they can be a help and an alternative. I have tried to use games with balanced positions, but it is possible that some variants create an imbalance, depending on the engine used, the selected game times, depth, etc. It is a simple contribution, so I hope you enjoy it.
I want to give special thanks to Oliprog, who have been very kindly using some of these suites. I really appreciate your work.
Kind regards. A.M

Hello friends! I share suite 8 based on Oliprog test engines. I have selected games from those tests and added about 10% of my private games. Then, I have tried to tune it as best as possible.
My recommendation is to use it at 0/140, but each user can test it to their preferences.
I really like working with different suites to work on my books. Best regards!
